HYPOCHLOROUS ACID SPRAY SERVICE

Natural Sanitizing Solutions generates its own hypochlorous acid utilizing the AoS 500 Hypochlorous Acid Generator (EPA Est. No. 92449-NC-1). When supply chains are stretched thin, having the ability to produce our own hypochlorous acid means we no longer have the logistical concerns of transporting, storing, preparing, and using traditional chemicals. Our hypochlorous acid is an environmentally responsible solution that is Green Seal® Certified.

Our Application – How We Treat Your Facility

Our technicians utilize an Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) fogger to apply the hypochlorous acid solution. The ULV fogger aerosolizes the disinfectant enabling the disinfectant to remain in the air longer and cover hard to reach places. The small droplet size (down to 5 microns) can stay airborne up to 48 hours. The ULV fogger can effectively populate open areas as well as be directed to surfaces.

Because hypochlorous acid contains no volatile organic compounds, no personal protective equipment is required in its application. However, as a safeguard to our technicians, we require the use of goggles, masks, and latex gloves.

+ Testing

Utilizing a device that measures the presence of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), our technicians can test some high-touch surfaces before and after the treatment to quantify results. The ATP test is a process of rapidly measuring actively growing microorganisms through detection of ATP. The use of ATP testing technology is a recognized methodology to quickly determine if a surface is clean or not. Consult an NSS representative for more information on testing.
